Earl joins the Board as an acting member bringing extensive experience in municipal politics along with a great deal of work on Alberta Water Council initiatives. He is a member of the Parkland Planning Services - Subdivision Appeal Board and of the Blue Mountain Power Co-op Board. Earl served as a Clearwater County Council member from 2004 to 2017 and was Deputy Reeve from 2009 to 2015. Earl currently serves as a board member for the Caroline Museum and the Caroline Chamber of Commerce, as treasurer for the Caroline Volunteer Ambulance Board, and as a volunteer for the Caroline Ag Society. Earl has also owned various businesses serving the Caroline community.
