Legislation
The Natural Resources Conservation Board delivers the Agricultural Operation Practices Act (AOPA), Part 2 Matters Regulation, the Board Administrative Procedures Regulation and the Standards and Administration Regulation. The board's responsibility for regulating Alberta's confined feeding industry under the act became effective January 1, 2002.
