The NRCB can inspect an operation for compliance with permit conditions if the owner requests the inspection for the purposes of insurance, selling or applying for financing. Operators who have a question about whether a certain aspect of their operation is in compliance with the Agricultural Operation Practices Act (AOPA), its regulations or the conditions of their permit, can contact the nearest NRCB field office to discuss their concerns with an approval officer or inspector.
