Springbank Project Update

On November 18, 2019, Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP) sent supplemental information request #2 (SIR#2) to the applicant (Alberta Transportation). SIR#2 sets out deficiencies identified by the NRCB, AEP, and other provincial government agencies in Alberta Transportation’s responses to SIR#1, submitted on June 14, 2019. The information requested in SIR#2 is required to complete both the evaluation of the environmental impact assessment report by AEP, and the public interest review by the NRCB.
